Fabick Protective Coatings, a Madison, Wisconsin based polyurea and polyurethane coatings and sealants company, has a full-time position for a Material and Quality Control Chemist. The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

A)     Working closely with the Director of Business Development to design new products for a variety of markets.

B)      To modify current formulas to enhance product characteristics.

C)      To set up a testing lab and implement quality control and testing procedures for both raw materials and finished products.

D)     To stay up-to-date on safety regulations and to verify the safety and legality of the materials, processes, and literature.

E)      To oversee the creation, compliance, and accuracy of MSDS and Tech Data Sheets.

F)      To have an entrepreneurial spirit and be another valuable and hardworking member of a growing organization.
