Joseph G. "Jay" Fabick, Jr. is a third generation businessman. He and his family have owned and operated Fabco Equipment, Inc., the Caterpillar dealership for Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Jay has been part of Fabick, Inc. from its very inception, he is Fabick's first President and CEO. On January 1st, 1998, Jay stepped away from active involvement in Fabco Equipment to devote his full energies to managing the Fabick® operation.

Jay and his wife, Susie, and their six children are active members of Lake City Church. His Christian beliefs and family values have reinforced his commitment to strong business ethics.
